SHIPPING & PRODUCTION

Q: Are items pre-order or ready to ship?
A: Capsule drops are mainly pre-order. Full collections are premade and ready to ship with limited inventory. Once a premade collection sells out, it may go into pre-order.
All items are clearly labeled (ex: T-Shirt – Pre-Order).

Q: It’s been a while. How long does production take?
A: Depending on the complexity of the item, production typically takes 2–3 months. Some items may take longer or shorter, but Production updates are sent every 3 weeks via email and Instagram story.

Q: I bought an item but haven’t received a tracking number yet.
A: Tracking numbers are sent once items are on hand and fulfilled. You’ll receive it via email.

Q: Do you ship internationally?
A: Yes. International shipping is available. Customs fees are covered by the brand.
If you experience any issues, contact us and we’ll handle it.

PRE-ORDERS & DROP INFO

Q: Can I cancel or change my pre-order?
A: Yes you can! But ONLY during the pre-order window. Once the drop ends and production starts, no changes or cancellations are allowed. Sizes will not be saved for you. ALL SALES ARE FINAL.

Q: How often do you release collections?
A: Actual collections drop about once a year. The rest of the year is filled with smaller drops called capsules.

Q: What’s the difference between capsules and collections?
A: Capsule drops are smaller, usually 1–3 pieces, and Collections are larger drops with 4–6 pieces.

Q: Will past drops ever come back?
A: Only capsule drops will make a return. collections however never restock. The closest thing that would happen is a V2 of certain pieces with updated designs but not a rerelease

RETURNS, REFUNDS & EXCHANGES

Q: Can I refund my order?
A: Refunds are ONLY issued if an item is damaged beyond repair, lost, or if you received the wrong item entirely.
Small imperfections like loose threads, small surface marks, ordering wrong size, slight discoloration, etc. are NOT eligible.
All other sales are final. No exceptions.

Q: What’s your return/exchange policy?
A: Returns/exchanges are ONLY possible if extras are available. If not, then no exchanges or returns will be issued.

Q: Who is the owner of XcutionApparel?
A: The brand is owned by Nathan Rabb. A 23 year old who loves anime and combined that to create actual anime fashion and not merch!   


Q: What anime inspire your designs?
A: Nothing in particular, mainly just whatever anime I like and the anime im designing for lol. I hate the feeling of competing and kinda just do my own thing.
