Split Batch

DON'T FREAK OUT IF YOU DO NOT RECEIVE ALL OR ONLY HALF YOUR ITEMS WHEN YOU ORDER!! Your order is apart of a split batch. But what is it? Products that apart of A split batch means that there is a limited amount of PREMADE Items (on hand) and once they sell out, said items are available for PREORDER only. But why do this? As the brand grows I want to have more on hand inventory so having a certain amount allows me to determine what items are in high demand so I can keep more on hand! Down below is the estimated time for preorder items.

Timeline for how pre-orders work:

STAGE 1: RECEIVING ORDERS

WEEK 1-2

PRODUCTION DOES NOT START THE MOMENT YOU BUY AN ITEM!!! Depending on the collection, during the 1-2 weeks of receiving orders, once the drop ends and the preorder window has closed, That's when the website will be down and the bulk order will be placed on that day. Status of pre-orders will be placed on the website page for all to access!

STAGE 2: MANUFACTURING

3 - 8 WEEKS ESTIMATE

Depending on the complexity of item, manufacturing times vary between but in most cases are anywhere from 7-8 weeks! Estimated time of manufacturing is communicated prior to pre-order window opening. We also have placed a PRE-ORDER warning on our product pages indicating the wait times.

STAGE 3: FULFILLMENT & SHIPPING

1-2 WEEKS ESTIMATE

After our products pass our manufacturing quality checks, we'll begin receiving shipments and prepare the shipping labels for processing, packing, and shipping your items. This process usually requires a one-week wait for shipment arrival and shipping label processing. Following that, it will take another few days to a week for us to pack and ship your orders. FOR This final stage typically takes 2 weeks total. YOU ARE FULLY RESPONSIBLE FOR PROVIDING THE CORRECT SHIPPING ADDRESS. WE ARE NOT LIABLE NOR AT FAULT FOR ANY INCORRECT INFO PROVIDED!! Once sent to the post office, any delays that may occur are out of our hands and have no control.

Not counting the 1-2 week order taking process, the wait time from placing an order to the garment being shipped out and on route to the final destination is around 7-10 weeks (at the latest). Our average is around 7-8 weeks based on previous pre-order runs.
